# Microsoft Teams Integration

> Connect Microsoft Teams to Corelayer to receive real-time notifications and debugging summaries in your team channels.

## Prerequisites

* A Microsoft Teams workspace
* Permission to install apps in your Teams organization

## Step-by-Step Setup

### 1. Navigate to Integrations

In your Corelayer dashboard, go to the **Integrations** page.

### 2. Add Microsoft Teams Integration

Click the **Add Integration** button and select **Microsoft Teams** from the list of available integrations. Click **Connect to Teams**.

### 3. Authorize Teams Connection

You'll be redirected to Microsoft's OAuth authorization page:

1. Sign in with your Microsoft account
2. Review the permissions Corelayer is requesting
3. Click **Accept** to grant access

### 4. Verify Connection

Once redirected back to Corelayer, your Teams integration should appear as **Connected** in the integrations dashboard.

### 5. Configure Channels

Select which Teams channels Corelayer should send notifications to:

* Browse your Teams and channels
* Select the channels where you want to receive notifications

### 6. Add Teams Channels to Your Service Maps

When configuring your Corelayer Service Maps, assign Teams channels to specific services to receive targeted notifications.

## What Corelayer Can Do With Microsoft Teams

Once connected, Corelayer will:

* Send real-time notifications when issues are detected
* Post debugging summaries and root-cause analysis to your channels
* Deliver rich adaptive card messages with actionable information
* Route notifications to the appropriate channels based on your Service Map configuration

## Managing Your Integration

### Disconnecting

To disconnect your Microsoft Teams integration:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Find your Teams integration and click **Uninstall**
3. Confirm the uninstallation
4. Optionally, remove the Corelayer app from your Teams admin settings

## Troubleshooting

### Integration Not Working?

* Verify the Corelayer app is authorized in your Teams organization
* Ensure the bot has access to the channels you've configured
* Check that your Teams admin policies allow third-party app installations
* Try reinstalling the integration if notifications are not appearing
