File investigations to Jira and Linear

You can now turn a Corelayer issue into a linked ticket. Choose File to Jira or File to Linear from the issue’s actions menu, pick a destination, and Corelayer creates a ticket with the investigation title, summary, root cause, next steps, and a link back to Corelayer.
  • Jira connects to Jira Cloud with organization-managed Atlassian service-account OAuth credentials. The filing form shows the required fields for the selected project and issue type.
  • Linear connects with OAuth. Select a team and, optionally, a project.
Both integrations appear under Integrations → Ticketing. A group with both connected can file to either provider and keep a link to each.Set up Jira · Set up Linear

Confluence integration

Connect a Confluence Cloud site using Atlassian service-account OAuth credentials, so the connection doesn’t depend on an employee’s personal API token. You can test, rotate, and disconnect credentials from the integration’s Settings tab. This release connects the site and manages its credentials. It doesn’t import pages or add Confluence content to investigations yet.Connect Confluence
